(More customer reviews)I've tried several SI belts and this one stands out amongst the rest. it has a nice wide neoprene base to cover a lot of area. the neoprene stretches well with movement while still maintaining hold. it's pretty cheap too compared to others. it also has a plastic snap-in belt to reinforce the Velcro strap for additional hold. i have a torn SI joint and while nothing can provide total relief, this definitely helps. best worn tight. if it's not tight, you won't see much of a difference. you'll also have to experiment with positioning, but it should be around your hips, NOT your waist. this is for the SI joint, NOT the back...wear it lower wear your hip bones protrude.
