(More customer reviews)One of the better supports I've bought for a strained mid/upper back problem.Supports well.The biggest problem is that the shoulder straps bunch up and become little ropes and uncomfortable.ITA-MED should look at book bags as a model and use heavier, padded straps.Sizes run big.
