(More customer reviews)I have a problem with my neck muscles after being at work in front of a computer all day. This is the perfect size and shape to but right behind my neck - above my shoulders but slightly below my head and against the upper end of the driver's seat-right where the head-rest meets the top of the seat. Put the flat side against the seat and the rounded side to your neck - tighten the staps as needed around the back of the car head rest as needed. Relaxes my neck and head muscles and probably would also be somewhat more protection in case of being bumped - to lessen whip lash. Can't hurt and might just help others as it has helped me to relax those muscles while I drive.

(More customer reviews)I have a slipped disc in my neck along with some degeneration.I need real cooling ice on it.

When I used this for the first time, I was extremely happy with the comfort of the collar ... but something was amiss.I never really got much cooling on my neck.

Please note I bought this for cooling and believe it can also be heated.Perhaps it works better as a heating support than a cooling one?

So far, as comfortable as the collar is it isn't providing enough cooling.I have used the ice pack it came with in another wrap to enjoy the cool.

There must be some sort of modification that can be made that will allow more of the cooling to come through?Not sure what but for now, this is the 1 out of 3 cervical ice packs I don't use.

(More customer reviews)I bought this to alleviate lower back pain.It was a TOTAL waste of money.The foam is really cheap and stiff.I used it all but twice.I could have just bought a scrap of foam from the craft store!And it didn't fit on any seat comfortably.It was really wide and because it was so stiff, it just kinda slipped around.I do not recommend this product.

(More customer reviews)it forms well to my back and takes pressure off from my bad posture while driving.the only down side is that it does push you forward quite a bit.this normally would not be a big deal, but i'm pretty tall and the van i use it in has a seat that doesn't go back as far as most seats.so its a little awkward.however, this is not the fault of the pillow.

(More customer reviews)I have yet to try it hot, so I can't speak to that side of it's claim, but it is heaven as a cold compress.It does not get hard in the freezer and does not get too cold either, it is just right to wrap around a strained joint or muscle and it stays cold for a long time.I first experienced it in a physical therapy place; where it was the last thing they did to my knee after the intense workout.I came to find it almost orgasmic. In short, great cold.
