(More customer reviews)Wrap is very warm.I keep it on low 99% of the time, especially when moving and doing physical activity.I use it outdoors in the winter time to keep my back loose and warm.Even when the wrap is turned off, the neoprene insulates and keeps my back muscles warm.It is very lightweight also.
Two downsides - one, I wish the battery lasted longer than 5 hours, not because I need it for more than that per day, but because the battery is advertised to only last for 300 charges.Since it only lasts 5 hours, you can go through a full charge in one day pretty easily, meaning you will run out of charges quicker since you need to charge it more often.The second downside is the bulkiness of the battery on your waste.Neither of these would deter me from buying another one or recommending it to someone else.
