I do a lot of outdoor heavy work and at night my muscles are pretty sore.I can massage my neck and shoulder muscles with my hands, but my back has always presented a problem. This little tool makes it easy!I find that with the way it is designed, with very little leverage, I can work any area of my back that hurts.I was amazed how those little balls putting pressure on sore spots could have such a therapeutic effect.I normally don't write reviews on products (this is my first) but I recommend this highly to anyone who suffers from sore muscles that they can't reach.
