It was comfortable and easy to wear and I only got more pain relief the more I used it. The company was helpful as well. I had a problem with one of the velcro straps coming off and after one contact, they resolved the situation immediately. Although comfortable, it does take some getting used to but if you have heal pain I recommend trying this. It more than pays for itself, especially with all the high priced methods I tried that didn't work.
