(More customer reviews)I started using this in my 6th month of pregnancy. I definitely liked the pelvic support and felt more energized wearing it. However, the velco straps in the back would dig in after a few hours, so I would tuck a camisole in under the girdle. I have thick thighs, and the lace at the bottom would dig in too, so I would use an extra long camisole. As far as pregnancy girdles go, this is probably one of the more comfortable ones, and does provide good support, but does need probably looser elastic at the thigh and better lining.
