(More customer reviews)I would highly recommend the ShouldersBack brace to anyone needing to improve their posture.The brace is comfortable to wear (when you are sitting or standing up straight) and as your posture improves can be worn for longer periods of time.The habit of slumping is gradually replaced with better posture as the back muscles strengthen and wearing time for the brace can be reduced as holding your shoulders back becomes natural.
