(More customer reviews)I had a problem with my Sciatic Nerve and my truck did not have enough support for my lumbar.I couldn't drive more than 10 minutes without being in agony. With the Orbus, I now have adjustable lumbar support, I can apply heat, and it can massage my upper and lower back.I just finished a trip of 4000 miles in my truck and had no problems at all with my back or Sciatic.
