(More customer reviews)I've been carrying around a small cushion for my back and have tried several of the foam lumbar cushions, too.While they helped, they did not quite do the job.I have been having bad lumbar/sacral pain/spasms.My physical therapist had me try this in her office.I simply could not believe how perfect it is!It looks so cheap, but it does the job wonderfully. It is light as a feather, low profile, and adapts to any chair you sit in (plus it has a strap to hang on the chair).Make sure to underinflate it so the air can move with you.I love it so much and got such relief that I bought 2 (1 to keep in the van so I can take wherever I go...and 1 to keep at home.) It made a huge difference in the office chair at the computer and on the kitchen chair when eating, wicker chair etc.I like it so much I am going to buy a couple more so I doon't have to constantly move them from room to room.Honest to goodness, I really do not work for the company--they SHOULD pay me for this review, though--Ha!Ha!
