(More customer reviews)I have osteoarthritis of the hip and am unable to do most strenuous exercise.The Egoscue Pain Free Workout emphasizes non-moving stretches that are held usually for 1 minute each.These stretches help with my freedom of movement.I am not able to do the ab crunches with legs in the air, but an alternative using the wall is given in the DVD.Overall, I would recommend this DVD to those with limited mobility.
