(More customer reviews)My husband and I both use this wrap for our lower back. It heats quickly in the microwave and the heat lasts a long time. It's easy to use and we are free to walk around the house while using it. It's much better than being attached to an electrical cord. We haven't used it for cold therapy yet, but I'm sure it will be just as effective. The extra velcro strap works well for extending the size to fit around my husband. A great find and a great buy.
