(More customer reviews)I really do like this product.It supports just enough without being too tight, giving support to the ab area.I was having trouble holding my shoulders back and down for proper posture and I found that having my abs in drops my shoulders down some automatically.I still am working on it, but it is difficult to remember to keep those muscles in all the time, so I found it very helpful.I ordered the small because of the waist size, but I would probably order the extra small next time.It does add some bulk to clothes.In most of them, it doesn't matter, but with my tight jeans, I can feel it.It also keeps me warm in a cold winter climate.
