(More customer reviews)I bought this back brace to help with my constant back pain.I have arthritis of the spine, and I also have poor posture.It makes my upper back hurt all day every day.After getting into this brace I could feel an instant improvement in my posture and during the day my back does hurt less. The straps do rub your chest a lot and can get raw.But I do like the brace, it has improved my posture and the better my posture is, the less I need to use the brace.Provides great support.
